Our Origin

Why We Were Founded

JBI Guardian Foundation was established in Michigan by individuals who recognized an urgent and underserved need — millions of Christians worldwide face persecution, imprisonment, displacement, and violence solely because of their faith, while vulnerable communities in war zones struggle without basic necessities.

Rooted in the conviction that faith without action is incomplete, the Foundation was built to be a bridge between generous donors and those who need it most — with the rigor, governance, and transparency that lasting charitable work demands.

Our name reflects our purpose: to be guardians for those who have no other protection — standing in the gap for believers who cannot speak for themselves and for communities devastated by conflict.

Vetted Partners

All field partners and aid organizations operating on behalf of the Foundation undergo a vetting process to ensure funds reach intended recipients effectively.

IRS 501(c)(3) Status

The Foundation is actively pursuing federal tax-exempt status. Donors will receive full documentation of tax-deductibility as this process is completed.

Michigan Registration

Organized and registered in Michigan, the Foundation operates in full compliance with state nonprofit regulations and reporting requirements.

Impact Reporting

Donors receive regular program updates and impact reports showing how contributions are being deployed and the outcomes they are producing in the field.
